  We had an amazing experience. From the boss Terry, Caitlyn in service and Barb in sales. The minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. We were never pressured into buying anything and they answered all of our many questions. They were so patient with us as this was our second trailer and we had lots to learn and they were willing and very very capable of showing us the ropes.

  We had a great experience here. We were not pressured what so ever. We found a used trailer that worked great for our family and had the best financing experience ever. We were approved for much more than the trailer we had chosen but we were never pressured to upgrade our choice. Everyone from sales to parts was great to deal with. There were a few cosmetic things that needed fixed and they took care of them no questions asked. They took us through the entire unit explaining everything and showing us where everything was. I will recommend them to anyone from seasoned campers to first time RV buyers.

  Bought trailer from there 2 years ago . Great at first but now I have water damage and they won't fix it.ok they will for like over 4000 dollars. Trailers only 2 years old . Should even have to worry about it but I do. It's a manufacturer thing cause the seem failed right on the cap. There customer services sucks they never call u back or never answer there phones. U know what I find funny in .there service shop there a big sign in there that says customers come first . Not the case with them

  We had an outstanding salesman named Andy. My Wife and I were looking for our first travel trailer and we had gone to 3 other RV dealers before being sent to Allstar RV by a competitor (I guess we asked way too many questions). Upon entering Allstar we were greeted in an extremely friendly and positive manner. Andy assisted my wife and I in our search, he took the time to understand what we may be looking for and the showed us options that started with basics and slowly scaled up and then back down, so we had a clearer picture of what we would like. He took the time to explain everything and even considered what our truck would be able to tow, because the more you see the more you want. When my wife and I decided on a model and style, Andy was sure to take us back through each different model they had from the basic to the loaded. Once we selected our new trailer everything went very quick and we had our trailer all PDI and driving off the lot in about a weeks’ time. Well Done to all @ Allstar RV!! Our experience at Allstar was an outstanding first time buyers experience and would highly recommend.

  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are new camper this is not the place to buy! They didn't explain how to hook up our tent trailer and it bottomed out and ripped off the hitch. Then the second time we took it out the electrical wasn't working. It is a brand new trailer! When we called they said their service department had left for the day and hung up. We missed our camping trip and now I have four kids in tears. I'm thinking of returning our trailer and purchasing from anyone but them. I will tell people to avoid this dealership.

  Edit.. it's now been 2yrs since we purchased and I can say with confidence that this dealership will try and rip you off. We needed some warranty repair done. They have had our trailer for 3 months now and still have not fixed it. They ordered the wrong part twice! They phone to ask us to bring our trailer is in and it was sitting im thier lot! We went to get our trailer so that we could store it for the winter. They repair work is not done and they don't know when they will do it. I am so disappointed and upset.

  Our concerns were always addressed and dealt with in a very professional and respectful manner. I love this company as they are still there after you purchase which is commendable as they are very very busy not like some places that leave you hanging after your purchase, and remembering our first names months after, really tells that they care for their customers and they want long term relationships.

  Our visits from related to non related were an absolute incredible experience. We will definitely be buying our next trailer here and I highly recommend them.
